Hi, I’m Tasha Doucas — a squash player, competitor, coach, and lifelong advocate for the sport. Squash has given me so much more than matches and accolades; it has shaped my resilience, my discipline, and my ability to thrive both on and off the court.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of growing women’s squash across BC, mentoring new coaches, and encouraging women to step into leadership roles within the game. Earlier this year, I was honored to share my own journey in the collaborative book Limitless Leadership, where my chapter Beyond the Racquet explored the life lessons squash has taught me — lessons about grit, resilience, community, and finding strength through the game I love.
Now, I want to turn the spotlight on you so we can amplify what Squash has done for us in each of our journeys so we can inspire others to take up the sport, or continue on as leaders, coaches, or advocates.
